SMILE.

Over a year ago, we supported one of our guests in registering with a dentist. She had needed a lot of dental work for a long time but had felt too ashamed about the state of her teeth to take action. With some encouragement, she said she would go to the dentist if one of the Encompass team went with her and sat in on the appointments for moral support. When driving her to a dentist appointment today, she said she has been made to feel so comfortable by the dental team who 'want to give her her smile back'. And, when she got called in from the waiting room, she said 'please can you wait out here with my stuff?'.

The change is wonderful to see. She now confidently goes in to her appointments and has a good relationship with her dentist who she trusts. She’s not the only one with a smile on her face these days.
