Azalea is looking to recruit a Director for innovative new project Flint
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-starter to head up an innovative pilot project looking at ways of reducing violent offending against women in Luton and surrounding areas in Bedfordshire. This project, working closely with the Luton Police, Probation Service and Luton Drugs and Alcohol Service, will develop and deliver a Recovery Programme to break the cycle of serial offending for men involved in sexually-related violence against women with the aim of preventing further offending. An important aspect of the post will be to obtain feedback on the effectiveness of the programme and to disseminate this information to other interested services.
Contract: 30 hours per week, working over 4 days
Salary: £32,000 - subject to funding
