FACES Development Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen with Faiths Against Child Sexual Exploitation (FACES) for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the team.

FACES is a group of concerned Christians and Muslims from Luton who have come together to respond to the issue of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) in Luton and Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will help develop and implement the strategic and operational goals concerning the sexual exploitation of children and young people.

We are looking for:

An enthusiastic and dynamic individual with the abilities to develop partnerships, teaching and educational activities, marketing and effective administration. Prior experience in a similar field is desirable.

This is your opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of the project through research and networking with the communities and related agencies seeking to put an end to child sexual exploitation.

Closing date for applications is 4.00pm on Monday 17th April
Interviews will be held on 27th/28th April

  • Initial 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Salary £29,500 to £34,150 per annum (dependent upon qualifications, experience and funding)

Azalea Operations Director based in central Luton.

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director, providing strategic oversight and support to Azalea's Logistics, Finance, Human Resource and Fund raising functions, as well as management of Drop-in and Recovery services.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with donor guidelines; designing and implementing support systems, processes and policies in line with Azalea procedures; and leading and facilitating change within the movement.

Azalea Recovery Director

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for a Recovery Director who will provide strategic oversight of Azalea's new Recovery Programme and services. Applicants should be able to demonstrate significant experience of managing at least one area of recovery relevant to Azalea's work. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the statutory services available in Luton or an area with a similar demographic.
