Some helpful ideas to get you started

5k Run

5k Run

Earlier this year we had a fantastic team come together to run the Wardown Parkrun, raising vital funds for Azalea. An amazing, as well as very hot, day was had by all!

Keep checking back for information about other Parkrun fundraisers we will be running (pun intended) in 2020!

If a 5K run isn't for you, then why not raise funds for us by finding a physical challenge you'd love to do!

Last year, Wendy Brown swam the length of the English Channel at her local pool, Joy Cheung power walked a half marathon and many other wonderful supporters ran 10K's, half marathons and marathons.

And if these don't appeal, why not create your own. The possibilities are endless - swim, run, walk, climb, abseil, leap, bounce, dance, skip, cycle..whatever you choose, we'd love you to Get Active For Azalea!
