If the 5K parkrun at Wardown Park on 29th June isn't for you, then why not raise funds for us by finding a physical challenge you'd love to do!
Last year, Wendy Brown swam the length of the English Channel at her local pool, Joy Cheung power walked a half marathon and many other wonderful supporters ran 10K's, half marathons and marathons.
We are delighted (and in awe) that this year Fritz Theron has challenged himself to run the Cape Town Two Oceans Ultra Marathon with Helen Snowden and Ruth Robb picking up the power walking half marathon baton from Joy.
If you'd like to join in an organised event, here are a few of the challenges out there:
And if these don't appeal, why not create your own. The possibilities are endless - swim, run, walk, climb, abseil, leap, bounce, dance, skip, cycle..whatever you choose, we'd love you to Get Active For Azalea!
Once you've chosen your challenge, get in touch by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for you to borrow an Azalea/Flint t-shirt and will gladly share any pictures you have on social media.
If you are going to fundraise online please go to Virgin Money Giving to set up your own page linked to Get Active for Azalea.
